About the Role: As our first recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping Playground’s future by sourcing, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience roles. You'll work closely with hiring managers and our leadership team to build a world-class team that drives Playground's growth.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for our GTM roles, from sourcing and outreach to candidate screening and interview coordination
- Partner closely with GTM leadership and founders to deeply understand hiring needs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from diverse and relevant backgrounds
- Create exceptional candidate experiences, serving as a trusted advocate and guide throughout the recruiting process
- Continuously refine and improve our hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and a great candidate experience
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You have 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency, fast-growing startup or SaaS environment
- You love sourcing—you're creative, proactive, and persistent when engaging candidates
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build relationships easily
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience

Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Job level and actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications assessed during the interview process (skills, prior experience, potential impact, scope of role, and work location). The listed range is a guideline and may be modified.
