What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Performances Coordinator position at Playhouse Square?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Coordinate all aspects of ticket services for Education programs including sales and order processing through the current ticketing system.
2. Work with Senior Manager, Youth Audience & Engagement, to meet yearly sales goals for school field trips.
3. Coordinate invoicing and payment procurement for ticketed programs, as assigned.
4. Serve as contact person for schools attending field trip performances, generate seating plans and manage digital content delivery.
5. Build and distribute attendance and ticketing data reports for departmental programs.
6. Assist & oversee departmental programs as assigned by Senior Manager,Youth Audience & Engagement.
7. Embrace Playhouse Square values and programs that further Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the department
8. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum two years of administrative experience.
2. Knowledge of current PC software including Microsoft Office 365; expertise in database and spreadsheet creation, manipulation and management.
3. Sales experience and proficiency in ticketing software a plus.
4. Outgoing, people-oriented person, with outstanding interpersonal skills.
5. Advanced written and communication skills required.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Schedule flexibility.
