Description
POSITION SUMMARY : Performs daily accounting and financial functions, which include entering data into computer; recording; calculating and summarizing numbers; reviewing documents for proper completion. Responsibilities may include Food and Beverage audit, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, Casino accounting, Receiving or General Ledger support. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all PlayLV's Company standards, policies, and procedures.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :
- Process and Reconcile Transactions - Verify and reconcile financial records, invoices, and vendor accounts to maintain accurate balances.
- Manage Payments and Expenses - Process vendor payments, analyze expenses, and ensure proper documentation for transactions.
- Maintain Financial Records - Update ledgers, input data into spreadsheets, and ensure accuracy in reports and inventory records.
- Ensure Compliance and Confidentiality - Calculate and report sales tax, review financial documents for accuracy, and protect sensitive information.
- Provide Administrative and Customer Support - Handle paperwork, assist with record-keeping, and support both internal and external customers efficiently.
- Inventory and Receiving - Receive purchases, update requisitions, review documents and invoices for accuracy, and schedule / complete inventories for the warehouse.
