Description
POSITION SUMMARY : Ambassador Dealers are dedicated to providing outstanding service in order to create lasting and favorable memories. This position executes the company's core service standards, and brand attributes and initiatives. Job functions include providing prompt, accurate and courteous service while dealing multiple games, and providing all other supporting services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices, and procedures.

- Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes
- Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests
- Handle transactions for "buy ins", payoffs and markers
- Deal multiple games
- Take losing bets and pay winning bets following rules and procedures

Requirements
Required :
Must be 21 years of age or olderAt 6 months experience and / or have successfully completed Dealer SchoolAdheres to appropriate gaming regulations, policies and proceduresDeal multiple gamesA highly motivated and energetic personalityHas ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibilityExcellent customer service skillsHave interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contactsProfessional appearance and demeanorWork varied shifts, including weekends and holidaysAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral formsMust have or be able to obtain a Gaming RegistrationAbility to pass an audition and interviewProfessional appearance and demeanorWillingness to learn how to deal additional gamesPreferred :
At least 1 year experience as a DealerHigh School diploma and equivalentPrevious experience working in a similar gaming settingCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS :
