Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our bar team in delivering exceptional service in a vibrant casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and hospitality management, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all bar operations, ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Manage daily bar operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and ordering supplies.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor laws.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new bar staff.
• Collaborate with kitchen management to create seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback to encourage professional growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Manager in a casual or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Strong bartending skills with an extensive knowledge of drink recipes and techniques.
• Proven experience in supervising staff within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• A background in kitchen management is a plus.

Pay: $48,178.00 - $53,818.00 per year
