Needed for our Monett, Missouri location

- Employee engagement events
- Employee Relations
- Project Management, Data Entry, and Problem Solving
Qualified applicants will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other business related major and/or relevant and equivalent experience required.
- Must have HR experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to support employees and managers at times outside of normal business hours due to business need.
- Must have ability to regulate emotions to situations and apply logic and rational thought processes to access situations and evaluate risk.
- Must have a desire to understand the business, others viewpoints of issues, willingness to gain knowledge about business practices and financial acumen
- Must have a desire to solve problems and implement programs and projects that improve culture
- FMLA, Workers Compensation, Training and Onboarding experience preferred
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and related PC skills
- Ability to embrace and champion change
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong moral and ethical compass
- Engaging and ability to work on a team
- Conflict resolution skills
