Work 35 hours and get paid for 40!
Pay starts at $20.50/hr
Afternoon Shift:

2. PREPARE MATERIALS
3. ASSEMBLES COMPONENTS PER DRAWING AND/OR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
4. FOCUS ON QUALITY & VERIFIES SPECIFICATIONS
5. KEEPS EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL
6. MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
9. LOCATE, PACK, TRANSFER PURCHASED MATERIALS
10. CONTACT SUPERVISOR WHEN PARTS ARE NEEDED
11. FOLLOW ALL COMPANY RULES, PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS
12. RECOGNIZE AND ELIMINATE WASTE
13. CONTRIBUTES TO A TEAM EFFORT
14. PARTICIPATE OR ASSIST IN KAIZEN EVENTS, MEETINGS AND CONTRIBUTE IDEAS IN DEVELOPING A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT LEAN ENTERPRISE.
15. ASSIST ALL CUSTOMERS (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL)
16. MAINTAINS COMPLIANCE TO ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARD
17. PERFORM ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUESTED.

Short Days: 11:15am - 5:30pm
Long Day: 7:00am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities include:
1. FOLLOW STANDARD OPERATING PROCEEDURES
All tasks (jobs) must be completed by the due date of the work order or production report.
2. PREPARE MATERIALS
by
Measuring to specifications, Cut, & Gather.
3. ASSEMBLES COMPONENTS PER DRAWING AND/OR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
by
Determining appropriate sequence of operations.
4. FOCUS ON QUALITY & VERIFIES SPECIFICATIONS
by
checking completed component.
Contact Quality Department as needed.
5. KEEPS EQUIPMENT OPERATIONAL
by
Performing Preventative Maintenance.
Contacting Maintenance Dept. as needed.
6. MAINTAINS SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT
by
complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
7. MAINTAINS ASSEMBLY DEPARTMENT APPEARANCE
by
Ensuring the work area is clean and in proper order.
8. MAINTAIN INVENTORY
by
Identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
9. LOCATE, PACK, TRANSFER PURCHASED MATERIALS
by
Pulling and verifying materials and supplies per pick ticket, packaging, and delivering them to required departments.
10. CONTACT SUPERVISOR WHEN PARTS ARE NEEDED
11. FOLLOW ALL COMPANY RULES, PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS
12. RECOGNIZE AND ELIMINATE WASTE

Qualified applicants will have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to
- Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand measuring tools.
- Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure.
- Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Must have knowledge of safety regulations.
- Must be able to lift a maximum 51 lbs. on average during a
- normal workday.
- Must be able to operate computer programs which pertain to job.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
- Must be able to work as a team, and independently.
- Must be able to operate computers.
- Must be willing to complete forklift training.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
- Must be able to work as a team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Production area with exposure to noise and heat.
- Steel toed shoes are required at all times.
- Must wear required PPE while on the production floor.
- Must adjust PPE to be meet requirements, as some specific areas may require additional specific items to be worn for PPE, such as bump caps, hard hats, shin guards, gloves, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Carrying, pushing, or pulling parts to area.
- Lifting and bending frequently.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Majority of the time standing and moving about the department.
