POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Rotomold Machine Operator, you will play a key role in the production of high-quality rotomolded parts. This position involves operating and maintaining rotational molding equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate and maintain rotational molds and related equipment.
2. Accurately measure and pour plastic powder into molds.
3. Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and various hand tools.
4. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of standard manufacturing tools.
5. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and comply with ISO procedures.
6. Contribute to meeting daily production goals and minimizing scrap.
7. Maintain accurate and timely production records and documentation.
8. Communicate effectively with colleagues in various departments.
9. Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
10. Perform other duties as assigned to meet department goals.

QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Prefer one to three years manufacturing experience preferred.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using basic math skills.
- Ability to count and measure.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with direction.
- Demonstrates ability to use handheld tools as necessary.
- Demonstrates blueprint reading skills.
- Demonstrates ability to complete all paperwork necessary for the position/department when required.
- Ensure facility maintenance through housekeeping, keeping product and facility secure, and maintaining the assets of the facility.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such a level as is determined in the company’s employee handbook. Must be available and willing to work overtime hours as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs. Must be available and willing to work such weekends and/or holidays as the employer determines are necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Continuously required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, and hear. Physical demands include frequent lifting and/or carrying 10 – 100 lbs. and pushing or pulling up to 120 lbs.
POSITION LOCATION:
Position is located at our rotomold plant located in Monett, MO. Position is based on shift needs and production schedule and not remote eligible.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
