What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Producer position at Playstudios US LLC?
We are expanding into the Sweepstakes gaming genre and are seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Executive Producer to lead the launch and growth of our playSWEEPS business. In this role, you will manage budgets, timelines, and dependencies across functional teams and third-party (3P) partners to ensure the success of our program. Your leadership will be instrumental in making playSWEEPS a top 5 contender in the category.
In this role, you will initially report to the GM of playSWEEPS and you help optimize the performance of the playSWEEPS initiative. You will develop working relationships with the key stakeholders, functional managers, 3P vendors and partners, and other product and platform groups.
The ideal candidate will have Production and Project Management experience and is obsessed with efficiency and tempered with empathy. You are known for being highly organized, an effective communicator, in tune with the roadmap, and have a track record of shipping products on spec and on time. You understand and balance the concerns of our players, our business goals, and our employees. You are comfortable in an autonomous environment and know how to create a structure where there is ambiguity. You are great at building relationships with members of your team and external partners. You have an intuitive wisdom for navigating the software lifecycle, earned through experience. You have a keen eye for quality and hold yourself to a very high standard. You are a leader who craves feedback and knows how to deliver it in a timely, empathetic, and professional manner.
