We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Game Economist to join our Win Zone Studio in a unique and exciting role. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing feature economies, monitoring and maintaining the overall game economy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention. As a key member of the studio, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance player experiences and provide strategic recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and tune the economics of currencies using data analysis and simulations
- Define guidelines of currency management across departments to control & optimize economic inflation
- Collaborate with Product & Monetization in feature planning and design.
- Collaborate with economists from partner apps to design & tune cross-app promotions and features
- Define and create features, live-ops events, loyalty reinvestment strategies, and promotions economies.
- Plan and Monitor A/B tests to optimize new and existing features
- Find, define, and maintain players’ segmentation for optimizing the game experience.
- Build and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, economics, statistics, analytics, or another related degree
- 4 years prior experience in game economy preferably in a Casino/ Sweepstakes industry.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills - MUST
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R for data analysis, modeling, and visualizations
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of virtual economies, economic theories, principles, and their application to consumer behavior and/or loyalty programs.
- Prior experience in either social gaming, casino/hospitality, or related experience.
