Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles.
- Ability to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies is a plus.
