Quality Assurance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our playSWEEPS division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and communication across all aspects of our operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for maintaining excellence, and the ability to provide constructive feedback, we’d love to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ticket Review & Evaluation:

Thoroughly review and evaluate tickets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes and guidelines.

• Quality Assurance of Communication:

Monitor and assess the quality of communication across channels to ensure professionalism, clarity, and alignment with company standards.

• Feedback & Coaching:

Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance and maintain quality benchmarks.

• Identify Trends & Opportunities:

Analyze recurring patterns and trends in operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.

• Maintain Standards & Guidelines:

Ensure all activities comply with company standards and established guidelines, while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

• Compliance & Risk Management:

Actively monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, mitigating potential risks and ensuring operational integrity.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles.
• Ability to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies is a plus.
