We are seeking a Director of Internal Audit who will ultimately be responsible for (i) developing and managing the internal audit process, (ii) reporting of audit results to appropriate members of management (iii) and manage the internal controls over financial reporting (SOX) in collaboration with external auditors. This position is responsible for overseeing audit programs applicable to all global subsidiaries.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains Internal Audit practices and methodology including procedures to appropriately assess and audit all functional areas, operations, and processes of the different business divisions of the organization (Corporate, playGAMES, playAWARDS or other divisions that may be created from time to time).
- Directs the supervising and work of staff, budgeting of time, final review and sign off of audit work papers and reports and conducting audit follow-ups. Provides recommendations for policy updates to appropriate members of management
- Manages the Internal Audit function by formulating policies and standards; annually develops comprehensive audit plan addressing key emerging risks outlined in the Enterprise Risk Matrix, state/federal/global compliance requirements, and other expectations of management,
- Provide strategic direction and training for the development of internal audit staff; maintains a quality assessment and improvement program.
- Responsible for managing the review (or investigation when applicable) of all reports of ethics and fraud issues and complaints throughout the organization,
- Communicates the results of audits, follow-up audits, reviews, and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Coordinates with external auditors and performs audit procedures during the annual financial statements audit and interim reviews.
- Develop and manage the transition plan to move the SOX program from a third-party (outsourced model) to staff augmentation (co-sourced) to internal resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of internal or external audit experience.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Working knowledge of general accounting principles and accounting practices.
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Coupa and Coupa Treasury, or other Procure-to-Pay software, Blackline
- Experience with Workiva or other audit-related software.
