Summary

We are seeking a Tennis Instructor to join our team at PlayYourCourt. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. You will play a crucial part in promoting tennis within the community and helping individuals discover their passion for the sport.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging tennis lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Teach fundamental tennis skills, techniques, and strategies to players of various ages.
• Manage student behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Promote participation in local tennis programs and events through outreach efforts.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive program delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly in tennis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate students.
• Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels is essential.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques in an instructional setting is preferred.
• Certification in tennis instruction or related field is a plus.
