We are a leading dealer-to-dealer auto auction platform dedicated to providing efficient and reliable services to our clients. Our mission is to streamline the buying and selling process for automotive dealerships across the country, ensuring transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. The Title Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle titles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the title processing procedures. This role is critical in facilitating seamless transactions between dealerships and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the industry.
Job Hours: We offer a 4-day work week. Mon., Tues., and Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm and Wednesday is our Auction Day, so the hours are 7:30am to 9:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vehicle titles accurately and efficiently.
- Review and interpret title documents to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dealerships, DMVs, and other relevant parties to resolve title-related issues.
- Maintain organized records of title transactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with auction staff to facilitate the transfer of vehicle titles between dealerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealerships and internal stakeholders regarding title inquiries and concerns.
- Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general office duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive title processing or dealership operations preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of title regulations and procedures, with the ability to stay updated on changes in state requirements preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
