Job Description
Responsible for performing general office duties, including receiving visitors and telephone calls, and offering excellent customer service. Assists enrollment teams by reviewing files, and assisting with the completion of all required eligibility paperwork for CPCD programs. Provides program information to CPCD visitors and callers. Communicates with families, visitors, and callers in their preferred language of English/Spanish to ensure excellent customer service.
Pay Scale
$19.62/hr.

- Paid Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Paid Breaks include 1-week for Spring Break (March), 1-week for Fall Break (November), and 2- weeks for Winter Break (end of December/beginning of January).

Required
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of common office equipment, complex telephone systems, computers, and computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other software programs to enter and/or process information data.
- Must be motivated, professional, reliable, detail oriented, and organized. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with numerous deadlines.
- Possess interpersonal skills and a heart for service to interact with families and staff in a professional, respectful manner. Strong customer service orientation and conflict management skills.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination, TB test, drug test (including marijuana), and background check in accordance with the Office of Head Start Performance Standards and Childcare Licensing. (Physical examination and TB test thereafter as required).
- Must have access to reliable transportation and if using a personal vehicle must maintain minimum liability insurance as determined by the State of Colorado.
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
Salary : $2,500 - $4,000
