Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified consultant to guide the development process of our shared vision statement. The selected candidate will play a critical role in designing and executing a collaborative process to define this vision, ensuring broad input and alignment.
Scope of Work/Services:
- The consultant will collaborate with our leadership team to define project goals, timeline, and deliverables.
- They will develop a detailed engagement and communication plan to involve stakeholders.
- The consultant will design and facilitate inclusive workshops, focus groups, and surveys.
- They will engage a diverse range of participants, ensuring representation across staff, families, and partners.
