Job Responsibilities:
- The consultant will work closely with our leadership team to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- They will develop a comprehensive engagement plan to ensure stakeholder participation and alignment.
- The consultant will design and implement inclusive workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gather input from stakeholders.
- They will analyze data to identify key themes, priorities, and areas of alignment and develop a preliminary draft of the shared vision statement.
- The consultant will refine the draft through iterative feedback cycles and present the finalized vision statement to our leadership team for approval.
- They will support the development of a communication strategy for launching the vision statement.
Requirements:
