- LPN License
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 days of employment – Facility Paid
- CPR Certificate within 90 days of employment – Facility Paid
- $31.00 - $36.51 per hour (based on years of experience)
- Shift Diff: $3.00/hr Evening, $4.00/hr NOC, $3.00/hr Weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Extra Shift Bonus: $5.00/hour
- Full-time employment
- 8 hour shifts
