JOB SUMMARY:
Applicant for this position must be organized and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. General office work, research projects, compiling data and general office support.
REPORTING TO:
Chief Development Officer & Executive Group
DUTIES AND RESPONSILBILITIES:
Duties include research, compiling data, pricing info and reporting results to senior staff.
Organizing materials, research, marketing and preparing presentations.
Answering phones, assisting in prep for meetings and travel.
Sending our price list reports to customers, or other materials.
Working with all departments to assist in various projects and deadlines
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Previous office work in a professional environment.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), Strong working knowledge of Excel
Detail oriented
Strong Analytical skills
