Job Responsibilities
The Store Operations Director will be responsible for leading a team of employees and working directly with customers to achieve outstanding results. This includes analyzing business trends, developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in sales and management in an auto repair shop or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Able to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays
