Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents at Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab Center. We are seeking compassionate and skilled CNAs to join our team of healthcare professionals.
About the Position
As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support. You will also respond promptly to resident call lights, prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments, and document and chart your care for each resident.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must have certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). A caring and loving personality and demeanor are essential, as well as the ability to work scheduled shifts and read, write, and speak English fluently. As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with Charge Nurses, RN Supervisors, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
