- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident records, including admission, discharge, and transfer information.

- Supervise and direct nursing personnel and assistants to ensure proper implementation of care plans.
- Investigate complaints and grievances, and maintain open communication with RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses.
