What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Clinical Supervisor position at PLC Talent Acquisition?
Our organization is currently in need of a strong Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal RN candidate will have experience in hospice and palliative medicine, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day clinical operations of the hospice. This includes leading and managing the clinical interdisciplinary team, ensuring quality hospice care for patients and families, and carrying out the mission of hospice. The successful candidate will also be expected to help manage operational goals, patient scheduling, and as well as lead a strong climate of both internal and external customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all clinical operations are in compliance with hospice and palliative medicine standards.
- Lead by example to demonstrate positive, kind, caring company culture.
- Train and supervise team members.
- Ensure strong regulatory compliance.
- Help to build a best in class resident and family-centered hospice for a growing company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
