Job Summary:The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring that business goals are achieved. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business management, leadership, and a strong understanding of business operations. This is a StartUp Company we are nimble and wear alot of different hats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and be part of the day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimize business processes.
- Work closely with the Founder and CAO to align business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Initiate relationships with Potential clients
- Prepare and present regular business reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies and solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in Leading a Team 10 Direct Reports

Pay: $72,945.00 - $81,699.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
