Job Title: Principal

Performance Responsibilities:
- Instructional Leadership: Facilitate program development, monitor implementation, analyze data, maintain a school-wide climate, and facilitate curriculum/instructional programs.
- Program Planning: Identify priorities, develop plans, monitor implementation, supervise re-evaluation, and adjust curriculum/instructional programs as needed.
- School Management: Utilize effective interview and selection processes, assign personnel, evaluate performance, plan staff development activities, organize support services, and conduct meetings to keep staff informed.
