Job Duties Include:
Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to services rendered.
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any discrepancies with insurance providers.
- Organize the treatment/office schedule
- Posting insurance checks
- Understand EOBs
Skills
- Skilled experience with PC computers
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Google Drive, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Dental Intel
- Ability to type 30-35 words per minute
- Ability to operate general business equipment such as copiers, fax machines, credit card terminals, multi-line phones, scanners, and calculators is necessary
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate.
- Preferred one-year dental practice experience with proven reception or administrative experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
