RN Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Nursing degree from an accredited program
- Current BLS certification
- EHR proficiency
- Competent in patient assessment and wound care

RN Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their well-being.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform wound assessments and treatments.
- Provide health education and support to residents and families
