Position Overview:
Pleasant View Center, a trusted provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in Concord, NH 03301, is seeking experienced RN Nurse Supervisors to lead our dedicated clinical team. We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate RN Nurse Supervisor who is passionate about guiding excellence in patient care, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN or higher
• Current, unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for NH licensure)
• Current CPR (and ACLS, if applicable) certification
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with a background in long-term care preferred
RN Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Assistants
• Monitor patient care and outcomes, addressing concerns promptly to ensure high-quality service
• Coordinate staff assignments and scheduling to maintain optimal patient care coverage
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Shift Details:
We offer both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts.
