Salary : $23.50 - 28.20
Pleasant View Gardens is looking for Crew Leads to be a part of developing and maintaining beautiful gardens & landscapes. Recently voted as the 2024 Lake Minnetonka Best Design / Landscaping Service, we are looking for candidates who share PVG's values of high integrity, a high quality of work, and excellent customer service.
If you love to work outside and have a knowledge or interest in plant materials, including houseplants, annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees, we would love to speak to you! Our staff work 4-day weeks giving you a 3-day weekend!

Important functions of this position
- Planting and maintaining perennials, shrubs, annuals
- Creating unique seasonal container displays
- Trimming and sculpting of trees and shrubs
- Watering, fertilizing, deadheading, and general tidying of gardens
- Garden renovation
- Basic knowledge of plant pests
