Pleasant View Gardens is seeking a task-orientated individual to run the day-to-day operations of our shop and property. The role is multi-faceted with low-level repairs on buildings, greenhouses, and the overall property. This position manages the service and repairs to vehicles, equipment, and trailers. The day also may include delivering materials to job sites, receiving deliveries, operating trucks and/or trailers, operating a skid steer, and snow removal. Also works with the installation team to assist at job sites and provide materials when necessary;
The individual will work directly with the Operations Manager regarding the daily to-do list and bigger-picture items.

Primary Duties
- Experience with basic carpentry skills for use in building repairs
- Experience with low-voltage electrical lighting as well as building/greenhouse wiring
- Experience with irrigation systems
- Mechanical skills for the repair and maintenance of small equipment, vehicles, trailers, and tools
- Experience operating a skid steer, power tools, pickup/trailer combos, and other small equipment
- Inventory management and ordering of tools, safety supplies, chemicals, fuel, and other materials for business operations
- Picking up and delivery of materials, tools, and vehicles to field crews when needed
- Assist the install or maintenance team when needed
- Assist with snow-blowing and winter shop duties
- Clear communication with the Operation Manager and all staff
- Utilize technology for ordering, communicating, completing inventory, and general management tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.50 to $30.00 an hour depending on experience.

Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday *5 days a week with an 8-hour shift is an option
- 7:20 am - 6:00 pm
- No weekends; OT after 40 hours

- Maple Plain, MN 55359: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person on the property. Company vehicles utilized during the work day
