Our Shipping & Logistics team is searching for a new Warehouse Associate that will help in a variety of different tasks including: Restocking & pulling materials as necessary, Delivering inbound materials, Recording data into our internal Inventory Management software, and contributing to overall warehouse organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and review products for any potential damages, verifying product is in good standing
- Restock materials within warehouse according to product/ warehouse specifications
- Assist in delivering inbound shipments to respective departments
- Prepare outgoing items for shipment with proper packaging materials and documentation for transit
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining clean environment to limit risk of injury to all personnel
- Organize warehouse environment based on outgoing shipment catalogues for easier loading process
- Coordinate with shipping/ warehouse leads on timing of shipments to assist in unloading and loading incoming and outgoing freights
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with documentation programming (PICAS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to move between both Pleasant View Gardens locations (Pembroke, NH & Loudon, NH)
- Willingness to be trained on heavy equipment operation (Tugs, Zambonis, Golf Carts, etc.)
Education, Certification, & Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics preferred (Not Required)
- Valid Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
