In this role you will be responsible for providing services to respond to the emotional needs of residents and their families. The position also assists with resident admission and the referral process. This position reports to the Administrator.
Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish orders
- Schedule and track purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers about order status and delivery times
- Resolve issues with suppliers and carriers
- Work with carriers, drivers, and customers to optimize supply chain operations
- Maintain adequate level of on hand supplies
Qualifications
Level of Formal Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: Entry Level (0-3 Years)
Type of Experience: Food Service or Hospitality
Special Certifications: Serv Safe or required certification from local, county or state department
Language Skills: Capable of communicating well verbally and in a manner understood by management, co-workers and residents who may have hearing or cognitive impairments
Skills and Ability:

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
