Napa Delivery Driver - Part Time

Does being out on the open road (not in the office/store all day) get you excited? While it takes some great people to serve our customers from the inside, our Driver position is for those who want to be serving our customers on the outside with their delivery needs! We are currently hiring for a part time Delivery Driver to work out of our Napa store at our West Salem, WI location. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing team with a family owned company.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering parts to our customers as well as picking up parts from vendors with a passion for developing and building those ongoing customer/vendor relationships.
• Ensure stock room parts are accurately stocked and maintain/check inventory.
• Consistently focused on safety while driving and delivering parts.
• Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador as you meet customers during your deliveries.
• Maintain store delivery truck through the safety checklists, ensuring vehicle is clean, and that basic maintenance is done (e.g., correct tire pressure).

Skills and Qualifications for this position are:

• Able to handle cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately
• Inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
• Great communication skills including clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Drive throughout the Coulee Region using maps and directions
• Able to be flexible with your schedule including evenings, weekends
• Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements of this position:

• Bending to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
• Lifting up to 15 - 20lbs throughout the day and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
