Retail Store Manager (Huntsville, AL) Pleasures Romance Boutique Immediate opening for a retail store manager in a fast paced retail business. Great opportunity for someone who is a team player, outgoing and looking for an opportunity to advance in the retail business. Managerial & Retail Experience REQUIRED. The Store Manager is responsible for maximizing store-level sales and profitability by developing and promoting a sales culture through monitoring and driving sales goals. The Store Manager acts as a role model and holds Associates accountable for meeting and exceeding customer service standards. The Store Manager will acquire, develop and maintain the store's staff, and all inventory levels and purchasing.
Pleasures Romance Boutique is the leading upscale adult boutique in the Southeast and maintains a variety of merchandise; adult toys, lingerie, trendy apparel, personal massage products and bath and body care. We also carry a large selection of novelty and seasonal gift items. Pleasures also differs from the mainstream adult stores due to our focus on product knowledge and sexual health and wellness. When we hire new employees they go through a two week training program and learn about every product in the store and about sexual wellness. Working with Pleasures you will have the opportunity to work and grow in an eclectic retail environment and will learn a variety of product information, visual merchandising styles and will grow your sales and customer service skills.
