Certified - Home Visiting Specialist - Papillion La Vista Early Childhood Center - February 2025
Description: The Home Visiting Specialist will provide quality early childhood (birth - age 3) home visiting services for children and families that promote opportunities for children to experience positive environments that provide for their healthy growth and development during their earliest years. The Home Visitor will work with families and community agencies to enhance skills needed for transition into the next phase of the child's life. The Home Visitor will organize and carry out monthly social engagement activities for families in the program.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and /or a Certification by the State of Nebraska in early childhood development and education, child youth and family studies, family science, social work or closely related field with coursework directly related to infants and toddlers. Dual language preferred.
