JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for coordinating staffing duties, maintaining, and keeping current records and logbooks.

- Participating in the PCP process throughout the year as well as completion of annual paperwork including releases, consents, and

- Ensure all documentation is completed to reflect client’s outcomes accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for training new DSPs assigned to his / her residential program
- Responsible for assuring completion of medication administration and adhere to the policies and procedures regarding medication
- Abides by ethics of confidentiality

- Bachelors Degree in Social Work or Related Field
- At least a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of Human Services (education qualification can replace experience)
- Ability to pass criminal / registry background checks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license & an insured and registered vehicle
- Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge in use of Microsoft products, proficient in computer skills

JOB CONDITIONS
Program Managers work in a changing environment that adjusts to the needs of the individuals in program services. The environment may be fast paced with interruptions, distractions and deadlines. PMs need to be flexible and be able to adjust to changing needs or activities. Depending on the needs of the individuals, the work can be physically demanding including transferring or supporting people with mobility needs, lifting, or moving items up to 50 lbs.; walking or standing for extended periods of time or providing support through CPR / First Aid, behavioral support, and other interventions. PMs must have an insured vehicle in good working order to utilize for transportation required for staff and program participants to and from community activities.
REQUIRED TRAININGS
New Employee Orientation, Intro to Developmental Disabilities, CPR / First Aid, Positive Behavior Supports, Medication Administration, Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation, Blood Borne Pathogens, Person-Centered Planning, HIPAA / Privacy & Confidentiality, and any other assigned trainings.
QUALIFICATIONS
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
