We are seeking a dedicated and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and our team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure efficient use of time.
- Maintain accurate client records using QuickBooks and other software tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist with office management tasks including front desk operations and general administrative support.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client interactions.
- Ensure that all client communications are documented accurately for future reference.
- Support dental or medical reception duties as needed, including managing patient flow and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred; experience in office management is a plus.
- Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
