- Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers, including training development and orientation sessions.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of volunteer activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer participation using platforms such as Raiser Edge or Salesforce.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to volunteers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance volunteer skills and engagement.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages volunteer retention through recognition and appreciation initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify volunteer needs and opportunities within the organization.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote the organization’s mission and volunteer programs within the community.
Requirements
