We are looking for a motivated self starter to oversee our soon to be renovated 45 unit property in Sacramento. The Community Manager (CM) will work closely with residents, the City, and our hired contractors to oversee the upcoming renovation project.
Description:

- Ability to work with the Project Manager and Regional Managers to oversee large renovation projects.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with good organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and post notices Ability to work in a team environment
- Maintain the effectiveness of the on-site staff through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance
- Ensure that community appearance and repairs are noted and completed in a timely manner
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure traffic as well as oversee property advertising and marketing sources, such as online and social media sites.
Compensation
Up to $67,000.00 annually

* $28.85 - $32.00 ($60,008 - $66,560 Per Year)

Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years of on-site management experience Lease up experience - preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) - preferred
- Must be able to oversee and document updates on renovations
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google
- Property software experience required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
- Background Check is Required
Skills/qualifications:
Knowledge of California Fair Housing Laws and California OSHA requirements. Valid license, insurance, vehicle, and the ability to travel between communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Management Skills: Team Building, Coaching, Decisiveness, Leadership, Motivation, Planning and Organizing, Decision Making, and Conflict Management and Resolution.
Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
Proven ability in marketing and a thorough understanding of how to drive and manage rental traffic.
