Training and Operations Manager

We are seeking a Training and Operations Manager who will be responsible for support and training of our leasing teams and managing move out accounting and routine administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Training new hires on leasing practices, customer service, property management on-site operations, policies and procedures, etc.
- Working onsite at properties in the Denver Metro area for training and support.
- Develop reference material and provide supplemental training for onsite office teams
- Assisting in the development of routine training and updated policies
- Processing and overseeing all move-out accounting
- Processing Adverse Action Letters
- Past tenant collections, deposit refund management, and managing deposit disputes
- Conduct Move-In and accounting audits
What you bring:
- Ability to think independently and analytically and provide recommendations accordingly
- Property management accounting experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organization skills
- Minimum 1 year leasing experience
- Personable and adaptable
- Self-starter attitude, reliability, discretion, and ability to maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Excellent customer service and sales skill
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, current insurance
Benefits include:
* $25.00-$30.00 per hour ($52,000 - $62,400 per year)
