What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lines of Effort Coordinator (Disaster Recovery) position at Plexos Group, LLC?
Join our team as a Lines of Effort Coordinator to support wildfire disaster recovery in New Mexico. You'll work with 75 partners across local, state, and national levels to ensure efficient and organized recovery efforts in Chaves, Colfax, Lincoln, Mora, Otero, San Miguel Counties, and Mescalero Apache.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and engage with stakeholders to drive recovery efforts.
- Track progress and action items using strategic delivery software.
- Facilitate productive stakeholder meetings and generate meaningful reports.
- Develop agendas, take notes, and support meeting facilitation.
- Maintain organized tracking systems and follow up on action items.
- Create and manage deliverables like memoranda, slide decks, and reports.
- Analyze data to evaluate recovery operations and identify unmet needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the State, FEMA, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience, including 1 year in a partnerships-focused role.
- Proven organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Proven Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred:
- Degree in planning, public affairs, government, or related field.
- Experience with local governments, state agencies, federal agencies, or non-profits.
