What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive medical care within the scope of your licensing, training, and credentialing.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
- Complete charting and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and review office policies, quality improvement procedures, and patient care standards.
- Recommend improvements for patient flow, medical records, billing, and appointment practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of educational programs for patients and staff.
- Stay up to date on Federal and State healthcare regulations, particularly as they apply to Community Health Centers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant program.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in primary care or a related field.
- Advanced training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions and chronic illnesses.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in South Carolina or NCCPA board certification as a Physician Assistant (PA).
- ACLS/PALS Certification required.
- Eligible for a DEA certificate without restrictions and NPI number.
- Experience in a Community Health Center setting is a plus!
