The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level. Salary Range :
34,300.00 - $51,500.00
Purpose Statement : Responsible for supporting a more advanced level of production with higher complexity manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. Strong knowledge of factory guidelines. Able to take ownership of a job function. Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
Key Job Accountabilities :
- Prepare surfaces for graphic installation, including cleaning, removing debris, and ensuring a smooth application area.
- Install various types of graphics, including vinyl lettering, decals, wraps, and signage, on a variety of surfaces.
- Accurately measure and cut materials according to specifications.
- Use appropriate tools and techniques for installation, ensuring proper alignment, adhesion, and a professional finish.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Operate tool / equipment / processes in accordance with provided instructions as well as operate based on experience with limited or no instructions. Assist in the creation of instructions when none are available.
- Understand and adhere to standard work, including quality policies, customer specifications, monitor own work to ensure quality standards, and communicate effectively with supervisors, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate time keeping, record keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap, and quality records.
- Support improvement initiatives and participate actively to improve work environment which includes improving safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency. This includes generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Keep up to date on all certifications and training requirements for the role, consistently complete assignments on time without compromising on quality, and effectively manage workload and tasks. Train others on all tasks if assigned.
