Starting Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay is $16.50 - $19.75 per hour depending on experience.
- $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift (totaling $18.50 - $21.75/hr.)
Shift hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CDT
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. CDT
Purpose Statement: We are hiring both entry level and experienced Production Associates. All new hires will have the opportunity to go through a training program to help get you up to speed with our processes. In this role, you will help support product manufacturing in any of the following ways; gathering components/parts necessary to assemble electronics, building various electronic devices, or testing functionality of our products. This position receives general instructions on all work assignments and works on tasks that are semi-routine in nature.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
- One (1) to Two (2) years of related experience is preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.
Other Qualifications:
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of shift.
- Ability to frequently reach at waist and occasionally above head.
- Ability to carry up to 10lbs and lift up to 45lbs.
- Ability to use fine motor skills and occasional use of hand tools.
Work Environment:
- The work setting consists of a temperature controlled, well-lit manufacturing environment with moderate noise level.
