Role Description Position: Data Engineering Semester Internship (Part-Time, Remote, Unpaid)
Join Plink.bio as a Data Engineering Intern and be part of an innovative team transforming the creator economy! This role focuses on developing efficient data pipelines and maintaining robust data systems that fuel our growing AI commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize scalable ETL processes to support data analysis and integration
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure high data integrity and availability
• Develop automated tools to collect and process data, using industry-standard technologies
• Assist in developing insights for creator engagement, product recommendations, and user behavior
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with Selenium or similar tools for data collection and management
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, and relevant data engineering tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka)
• A strong interest in data pipelines, APIs, and handling large datasets
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of web data extraction and processing techniques
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization techniques
