Our well-established accounting and auditing firm is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a detailed-orientated and organized Bookkeeper to work closely with our Firm Administrator and management. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day financial accounting for the company, assisting with processing payroll, preparing various reports, and assisting with basic administrative duties.
In-Person Position in Concord, NH
Full-time 32-40 hours a week, M-F

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills
Month-end and year-end closes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Work efficiently under deadlines with shifting priorities
Overview of Tasks:
Daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop
Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Cash receipts posting and bank deposit preparation
Reconcile bank statements
Prepare accrual and prepayment schedules
Efficient record-keeping and reporting
Month-end Reporting
Payroll Processing
Required Education and Experience:
Prior and current bookkeeping/accounting experience
Thorough understanding of debits and credits and general ledger accounting
Familiarity with payroll processing
Preferred Education and Experience:
Degree in Accounting or relevant work experience
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
