Wages:

• $0.64 CPM starting pay for those with 2 years or more experience
• $200 monthly safety bonus for safe driving
• $.14CPM Per Diem offer
• Average miles per week are 2700
• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Great Vacation

Equipment:

• All tractors are Automatic, 2019 or newer Volvo or Macks
• 2021 trucks and newer equipped with APU's
• Equipped with; Refrigerator, All Access XM radio, Tempur-Pedic Mattresses, Power Inverters, and Space for Microwaves
• Professional detailing is done before you get in the trucks and washes are done over the weekends at the terminal
• Tractor safety specifications for our driver’s safety
• All tractors have disc instead of drum breaks
• All Volvo tractors have air bags, flared frames & crumple zones

Employment is at will. This means should you be offered a position your employment is for an indefinite period of time and is subject to termination by you or Ploger Transporation, with or without cause, with or without notice, and at any time.
Job Requirements:

• $0.64 CPM plus monthly bonuses!!
• Our Recruiter is a former driver!
• No More Than 3 Jobs in the Past Year
• Cannot have been convicted of OVI, DWI, DUI, any reckless driving offense or speeding violations of 15 MPH over the posted speed limit within the previous five (5) years
• Must be 23 years of age or older
• Must possess a current and valid Class A CDL
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year verifiable tractor trailer experience
• Cannot have more than two (2) moving violations within the past twelve months and no more than three (3) in the previous three (3) years;
• Cannot have been involved in a serious at-fault accident/crash within the previous three years (rear-end collision, roll over, jackknife, head-on collision, etc.);
• No convictions of major violations such as: DWI, DUI, reckless operation, excessive speed, etc.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Must have the ability to read and write the English language and perform simple mathematical calculations
• Possess a current and valid DOT Medical Card and be medically self-certified for Interstate travel
• MVR must be approved by our insurance company
• Be registered within the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Must be able to provide a documented work history of the previous ten (10) years or dating back to their 18th birthday and consent to a review of their work history
• Must provide consent for a PSP review (Pre-employment Screening Program) through the FMCSA PSP portal.
