About Us

Ploomber (YC W22) is the Heroku for AI. We are building a platform to help companies deploy and scale AI applications. From LLM-powered chatbots to geospatial analysis, our platform allows our customers (ranging from small startups to big enterprises) to rapidly ship applications without worrying about infrastructure. Having been founders ourselves, we understand the unique perspective and skills that come from building companies. We're looking for someone who's been through the startup journey to help us scale our next phase of growth. We're a well-funded startup (4.5M seed round in April 2022) with several years of runway.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across product, growth, or operations (based on your expertise)
• Apply your founder experience to identify and solve critical business challenges
• Build and manage cross-functional relationships to drive company objectives
• Mentor team members and share insights from your startup experience
  
  

Our Stack

• Your role will be strategic, but familiarity with modern tech stacks is a plus
• Experience with any of our tools (Python, AWS, modern SaaS tools) is valuable
• Comfort with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
  
  

What We Look For

• Must have founded and run a venture-backed startup for at least 1 year
• Experience taking a product from ideation to market
• Track record of building and leading teams
• Strong understanding of startup metrics and growth levers
• Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute, not just strategize
• Must have authorization to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas.
• Must be willing to relocate to New York City (this is a hybrid role; we expect you to go to the office 2-3 times a week)
