You will work closely with the sales and leadership team to expand our customer base and contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Utilizing sales / CRM software identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth within targeted markets. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to build long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Work with the sales and leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outreach, presentations, and negotiations.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and projects throughout the US.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Demonstrate the value of products and services to meet client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and successfully closing deals that align with company goals.
- Reporting & Tracking:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and client acquisition goals. Provide regular updates to management.
