Job Title: Customer Service Representative

PLS Financial Services, Inc., a leading retail provider of alternative financial services, operates over 200 financial service centers across 12 states. Our check cashing stores offer consumers convenient financial products and services to manage their day-to-day financial needs.
Our Team:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point-of-contact with our customers, delivering superior customer service and selling company products and services while maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
- Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
- Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Complete all transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Use multiple computer applications to access information and process transactions
- Resolve customer complaints or refer complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred
- Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency is required
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
